MOLB Warranty and Restoration

1. Return Policy (30 days)

If for any reason you wish to return your MOLB, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. Write to us at aftersales@croxatto.com and we will process your return. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

2. Construction Warranty (5 years)

Every Croxatto MOLB bag comes with a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defect or material failure that compromises the functionality of the bag.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS
  • Hardware and closures: breakage or mechanical failure of clasps, zippers, buckles, and rivets.
  • Stitching: loosening or breaking of structural seams.
  • Leather integrity: tanning defects causing premature cracks or breaks in the material.

In any of these cases, Croxatto covers the repair at no cost to the customer. If the affected part cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
  • Natural aesthetic wear: patina, marks, changes in tone or texture. Full Grain leather with pure aniline finish is made to transform with use, and that transformation is part of the product.
  • Damage from accidents or misuse: water damage, chemicals, excessive heat, ink, or other substances.
  • Modifications made by third parties outside Croxatto's technical service.

For these cases, we offer the restoration service described below.

3. Restoration Program (Paid Service)

Full Grain leather with vegetable tanning and pure aniline finish is designed to develop patina, improve over time, and, if it requires intervention, be repaired, not replaced. For damage caused by intensive use, accidents, or the passing of time beyond the warranty period, we offer a permanent technical service.

AVAILABLE SERVICES
  • Part replacement: replacement of components worn from use (straps, handles, or damaged hardware).
  • Structural reinforcement: seam reinforcement.
  • Recovery treatment: technical cleaning and deep conditioning to restore the leather's flexibility.

PROCESS
  1. Assessment: the customer sends photographs to our after-sales service for initial diagnosis.
  2. Estimate: we issue a fixed estimate based exclusively on the technical cost of the intervention. No commercial markup.
  3. Shipping: once the estimate is accepted, the customer sends the bag to the workshop.
  4. Restoration: the bag is worked on at the original workshop, with the same materials and techniques used to manufacture it.
  5. Return: the bag is returned to the customer with documentation of the work performed.
