• Can I cancel my reservation and get my money back?
  Yes, you can cancel your reservation and request a refund at any point during the process.
• How and when do I complete the payment?
  When you reserve, you'll receive a link by email. You can use it to complete the payment right away or at any time before shipping begins.
• When will my bag be shipped?
  We expect to begin shipping by the end of June, although export and import times may vary by country. We'll notify you by email with a tracking number as soon as your unit ships.
• What happens if I don't complete the payment before shipping?
  If you haven't completed payment by the time we ship, you can request a refund of your deposit or contact us to arrange shipping at a more convenient time.
• Does the price include shipping and taxes?
  Yes, the price includes shipping and taxes. What you pay is the final price.
• Where are MOLB orders shipped from?
  From the USA, Mexico, Spain, and Chile. If you're in one of these 4 countries, your order will arrive quickly and from within your own country. If you're elsewhere, it will ship from whichever of these 4 is most convenient.
• How do I provide my shipping address?
  You'll be asked for your address when you complete the payment.
• Why do I have a different price than the general public?
  Because you were on the list before the MOLB existed. That has value. When it goes on sale to the public, the price will be €750.
