WHEN WILL BATCH NO. 2 BE RELEASED?
We do not know yet, but due to the search for Oud, the selection of Croton from the Bahamas, and the maturation and maceration times, we anticipate a long wait, possibly 2026.
At this moment, we are already searching for the right Oud for Batch No. 2. As the process progresses, we will keep you informed. If you would like to receive a notification to reserve Batch No. 2, sign up using the form available on the CROXATTO OUD page.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Yes, you can cancel your CROXATTO OUD reservation at any time. Even after receiving it, you have 30 days to request a return.
HOW CAN I KNOW WHICH BATCH MY CROXATTO OUD BELONGS TO?
The batch of each perfume is laser-engraved on the base of the bottle and printed on the box. The code includes the year of production and a letter indicating the lot number for that year: the first is "A," the second "B," and so on. For example, Batch No. 1 will bear the code "2025A" engraved on the base of the bottle.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY IT?
You can purchase it online on this website in the United States, countries of the European Union, Mexico, and Chile.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES TO RECEIVE CROXATTO OUD?
No, shipments are handled locally in each country.
In Europe, shipments will be made from Spain.
In the countries of the Americas, we have distribution centers in each country.
WHEN WILL I PROVIDE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
When completing the payment, the system will ask you for the address where you would like us to send your CROXATTO OUD.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD BATCH NO. 1?
The shipment of Batch No. 1 was made on September 1, 2025, in the USA, Chile, and Spain. Shipments in the USA were dispatched from Wisconsin, those in Europe from Spain, and those in Chile from Santiago. In the case of Mexico, logistics and customs procedures have taken a little longer; we confirm that they will be shipped around September 20.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD?
If for any reason, whatever it may be, you do not receive your perfume, we guarantee a full refund of the amount you paid for it.
