WHEN WILL BATCH #2 BE AVAILABLE?

During June 2026, the reservation system will open. If you want to receive a notification to reserve Batch #2, sign up using the form on the CROXATTO OUD page.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can cancel your CROXATTO OUD reservation at any time. You even have 30 days after receiving it to request a return.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH BATCH MY CROXATTO OUD IS FROM?

Each perfume's batch is laser-engraved on the bottle and printed on the box. The code includes the production year. Batch #1 carries the code "2025A". Batch #2 will carry the code "2-2026".

WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I ORDER FROM?

You can order online through this website in the United States, European Union countries, Mexico, and Chile.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

No, shipments are fulfilled locally in each country.

In Europe, orders ship from Spain.

In the Americas, we operate distribution centers in each country.

WHEN WILL I PROVIDE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

When completing your payment, the system will ask for the address where you'd like your CROXATTO OUD delivered.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD BATCH #2?

Batch #2 is scheduled to ship approximately in October 2026. The process involves exporting from Spain and importing into the USA, Mexico, and Chile, where the perfumes are then placed in our local distribution centers. From there, we ship directly to your door. We'll keep you informed.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is included.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD?

If for any reason whatsoever you do not receive your perfume, we guarantee a full refund of everything you paid.
