• CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
  Yes, you can cancel your CROXATTO OUD reservation at any time. Even after receiving it, you have 30 days to request a return.
• HOW AND WHEN DO I COMPLETE THE PAYMENT?
  When you reserve, you'll receive a link in your email, with which you can complete the payment at that moment, or at any other time before shipping.
• WHEN WILL BATCH Nº2 BE SHIPPED?
  Approximately in October 2026, we'll keep you informed.
• HOW DO I KNOW WHICH BATCH MY CROXATTO OUD IS FROM?
  The batch of each perfume is laser-engraved on the bottle and printed on the box. The code includes the year of production. Batch Nº1 had the code "2025A". Batch 2 will have the code "2-2026-A".
• IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY IT?
  You can buy it online on this website in the United States, Spain and European Union countries, Mexico and Chile.
• WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS TO RECEIVE CROXATTO OUD?
  No, we ship locally within each country. In Europe, we ship from Spain. In the Americas, we have distribution centers in each country.
• WHEN DO I PROVIDE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
  When completing the payment, the system will ask you for the address where you want us to send your CROXATTO OUD.
• WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
  They are included, taxes too.
