FAQ - CROXATTO OUD RESERVATION

• WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES TO RECEIVE CROXATTO OUD?
  No, you won't have to pay any customs duties. We ship from our distribution centers in each country. Your package will be delivered directly to the address you provided, with no additional paperwork or procedures required. This applies to the USA, Europe, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Argentina.
• WHEN WILL BATCH Nº2 BE SHIPPED?
  Production was completed on September 8 (see announcement). We have now begun the logistics process to ship pallets to each country. We expect to deliver the perfume to all customers worldwide during October 2026.
• HOW CAN I TELL WHICH BATCH MY CROXATTO OUD IS FROM?
  The batch code for each perfume is laser-engraved on the bottle and printed on the box. The code includes the year of production. Batch Nº1 had the code 2025A.
  
  Batch Nº2 has the code 2-2026-A laser-engraved on the front. Of the 962 bottles produced in Batch Nº2, 21 have the batch code printed in ink instead of being laser-engraved.
• IN WHICH COUNTRIES CAN I BUY IT?
  You can buy it online through this website in the United States, Spain and other European Union countries, Mexico, and Chile.
• WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
  Shipping is included, as are all applicable taxes.
• WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY CROXATTO OUD?
  If, for any reason, you do not receive your perfume, we guarantee a full refund of the amount you paid.
